When she’s not showing property or hosting an open house, you can find Kristen in the bleachers of a high school gym cheering on her sons in the boys’ volleyball program, working out at Orange Theory Fitness in downtown Santa Barbara with her husband, or at any of the amazing local coffee shops in town.
