William has been a Broker for over 40 years. Having had his own company, been a member of the Board of Realtors chairing various committees including ethics and mls, required a firm with only the highest standards and therefore chose to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty whose owner shared the same values. Linda, after a successful 30 year career in sales and marketing, turned her talent to Model home design. Working with Builders, she created Buyer Profiles and developed model home interiors specific to that market. This enables her to assist her sellers in editing and staging their properties to attract the buyer most likely to purchase their home. She also has a unique ability to hear what a client wants enabling her to show buyers homes only those homes that fit their criteria. This combination of skills allows their clients to experience the ease of a professional Real Estate transaction.
