Prior positions with Trak Auto, Crown Books, and Skechers, USA, as real estate director have provided a strong background in the tenant perspective. As a senior leasing representative for a major Southern California developer and Vice President with an Orange County based asset management firm, handling portfolios in excess of one million square feet for each, Mr. Smith obtained valuable insight into all aspects of transactional real estate.

Combining comprehensive transaction experience over the last thirty years and knowledge of property management has developed a well rounded practice emphasizing restaurant and retail brokerage work and retail center leasing for development clients that allows him to provide truly complete service.
