About
As the Director of Training & Education for BHHS Carolinas Companies, I have the joy of working closely with our amazing sales associates, great managers, and amazing home office team. Through collaboration with other support departments such as our marketing and IT teams, we are able to provide a full-service support to our agents and therefore our clients. I have an extensive background in training and development and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. As a licensed REALTOR® with experience supporting from the branch level and on our Relocation team, I am well-equipped and excited to support the best agents in the industry.
On a personal level, I have a wonderful husband of 10 years and a 9-year-old daughter who help me remember to be present and soak up each day. I love animals – our family has a dog, 3 cats and 2 guinea pigs! In free time, I love to play disc golf, paint and chase continuing education. There is always more to learn!
