With over four years of experience in the Greater Charlotte real estate market, Tim has been involved in purchasing over 200 homes – both as an investor and on behalf of other investors. His hands-on experience in property flipping, combined with a strong network of quality contractors, gives him a deep understanding of the local market and renovation process. Before transitioning into real estate, Tim built and led the Sales and Service division of a digital ad agency within a medical device company, helping medical practices maximize their profitability. This background sharpened his marketing and negotiation skills, which he now applies to real estate transactions. Additionally, his time as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones provided him with valuable insight into overall investment strategies that can be applied to real estate. Originally from a small farm town near Buffalo, NY, Tim attended Indiana Wesleyan University before moving to Charlotte in 2007.
