Alison Mendez

Alison Mendez is originally from Jacksonville, FL and she lived in St. Augustine, FL (the nation’s oldest city!) until relocating to the Triangle. Her family has settled in Apex and they couldn’t be happier with the town’s charms and area amenities. She has a master’s degree in Applied Sociology and much of her career has focused on health behavior and health research. Her passion for helping clients in the health fields has carried over to real estate. She has worked for two national homebuilders in the area, giving her an inside perspective on the purchase and building process. Whether buying or selling, there are many details from financing to curb appeal, and Alison will be there to put all the pieces together. As a former project manager, she guides clients through the process with clear plans, objectives, and strategies. Her goal is for every client to love where they live!
