I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate full-time since 1993, serving clients throughout the Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, and surrounding areas of North Carolina. After more than 30 years in the business, I’ve learned that every client and every property has its own story — and my job is to help make that story a successful one. Over the years, I’ve worked in just about every corner of the real estate world — from residential resales and new construction to foreclosure and asset disposition sales, as well as land sales and development for residential and mixed-use projects. I’ve also had the privilege of working with many investors, helping them find and manage income-producing properties, including multi-family investments. My approach is simple: I believe in helping my clients meet their goals while keeping them fully informed about the realities of the market.
