Outside of being a dad, there are few more gratifying moments for me than when a client gets what they want in a real estate transaction. I love the hunt. I love the negotiations. I love coming up with a marketing plan. I of course love the closings. I have a knack for infill, and I've always enjoyed being around new construction, but I'm comfortable and experienced with most anything residential.
