My name is Cheryl Gross and I am a full-time REALTOR© with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty located in Winston-Salem, the heart of the NC Triad region. My mission is to be your trusted Real Estate Advisor, not just for a single transaction, but for a lifetime! I was born and raised in Arizona but once graduating from college and getting married, I found myself constantly on the move (living in 12 homes in 6 different states over the past 30 years!) Once my family moved to NC however, we found a welcoming, low cost, mild weather, active lifestye and arts scene community. And did I mention both the beaches and mountains are both within a 3-hour drive? We have stayed for 21+ years. I obtained my real estate license primarily to learn more about Property Management as I was managing several investment rental properties in NC. After the kids started going off to college, I decided to fully utilize my license by becoming a Realtor.
