When I was growing up, both of my parents were in the military. The longest our family lived anywhere was four years. I couldn’t wait to plant roots and have somewhere to call home. As my husband and I were graduating from college he was offered a position in the Tri-Cities. Excited for a new adventure, we decided to move to the area for what I expected to be just a couple of years. A couple years has come and gone a couple times over and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The Tri-Cities is now the place I call home and Pasco holds the title of “City I’ve Lived in the Longest.” Although I have grown accustomed to living in the same location now, I am well versed in what it takes to pack up and move either across town or across the country.
