Hi! My name is Josh Molineux. I'm a new realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices CW Real Estate. I've lived in the Yakima area my whole life. I Graduated from Eisenhower High School and went to YVCC where I studied Criminal Justice. I have two amazing children (Carter and Andi) and a wonderful wife (Alissa). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and being in the outdoors camping, hunting, or fishing. I'm currently a full time Police Officer at a local agency and I'm assigned to the patrol division. I've had a passion for Real Estate since I was young. I've bought several houses, and enjoyed the process. As your realtor, I promise to work hard for you, be open, honest, and professional. My goal is to make home buying or selling an enjoyable experience. Additionally, for each closing that I’m involved in, whether it's a sale or purchase, I'm going to donate a portion of my commission to local non-profit organizations for children within our community.
