Steve and Stephanie have been partners working with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate for over 18 years and during that time they have closed approximately $300,000,000 worth of real estate. Steve has been in the real estate business since the late 1980's, starting originally in California. Stephanie joined him in 2002, and was Utah County Rookie of the Year her first year in the business. They have been top producers consistently year in and year out.Both have served as the President of the Utah Central Association of Realtors. They specialize in upper end housing and have sold some of the more expensive homes in Utah County over the years, but also work with clients as buyers and sellers in all price ranges. Steve had great experience in commercial property and land development sales. Stephanie's knowledge regarding floor plan flow and interior design is a big help to buyers and sellers as they list or purchase properties.
