I am a northeast Florida native, born and raised in the beautiful city of Jacksonville, FL. I enjoy the space our city provides, along with the draw of the ocean, the serenity of the intracoastal waterway, and the majestic St. Johns River. My real estate experience in Florida initially began in 2017 while working in the real estate division of a major multifamily contractor. Today, I specialize in all things residential: single family homes, condominiums, and townhomes. I also specialize in all types of residential land. I have experience valuing and marketing vacant lots for residential development. From my brief exposure to a large land brokerage to previously owning my own firm, I am well versed in real estate opinions of value. My local market knowledge, while always improving, is an advantage in such a competitive region as north Florida. I enjoy being outdoors, walking properties, touring homes, and I am passionate about health, wellness, faith, and fitness.
