Since moving to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2011, I’ve come to know Jacksonville’s neighborhoods and coastal communities inside and out. Each area has its own lifestyle and personality, and I love helping people find the one that feels like home. My goal is to share local knowledge and experience so you feel confident and excited about your real estate decisions. When you work with me, you’ll have someone who listens, gives honest advice, and responds quickly. I’ll take time to understand what matters most to you and be your go-to resource—whether buying, selling, downsizing, or finding a vacation spot. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling to see my 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, cooking, reading, playing pickleball, hunting sharks’ teeth, or relaxing on the beach. Fun fact: I was once a poker dealer—skills in strategy and reading the table now help me negotiate for my clients.
