Hello everyone! My name is Katie Truckenbrod. I was born and raised in the countryside of Pennsylvania. Ever since I was an infant, I’ve been vacationing in Florida, where my mother’s side of the family resides. I fell in love with Florida so much that I decided to make it my home too. For eight years, I lived in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, then embarked on a three-year adventure off-grid in the redwoods of California. I’ve been back home for three years now. The sun seems to brighten up my soul. I’m passionate about everything outdoors—camping, fishing, growing my own vegetables and flowers, boating, and spending time with my two dogs, Rainbow and Trout. While I adore my dogs, I’m also a people person at heart. I believe I was put on this earth to spread positive energy and happiness to those around me. Just like I nurture my plants, I approach life—and real estate—with the same care, keeping everything organic and full of heart.
