Kristen is a native Floridian and fell in love with St. Augustine at an early age while spending summers at her family’s beach house. Kristen attended Flagler College followed by Florida Atlantic University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Real Estate. Over the last twenty years in real estate, Kristen has sold everything from starter homes to luxury waterfront properties in excess of $3,000,000. For the last 8 years, Kristen applied her real estate skills to her position as the Sales & Marketing Director for a Senior Living Community where she led the company in sales. Let Kristen’s compassionate wisdom and business acumen guide you through the journey of buying or selling your home. Kristen lives near Crescent Beach with her son Emmet and their rescue pup, Scout. Together they spend most of their free-time outdoors fishing, surfing or playing beach volleyball.
