Susan began her career in fashion retail in the 1970s, eventually launching Limited Too as President of The Limited Inc. She has consulted globally for top brands like Tommy Bahama and Chicos Corp, working in NYC, Hong Kong, and Laguna Beach. In 2012, she transitioned to real estate in St. Augustine, rehabbing historic homes and managing rentals. Known for her business acumen, negotiating skills, and client-first approach, Susan has built a thriving real estate career. A paddle-boarder and dog lover, she’s active in the community and supports Flagler College, COA, and St. Jude's. Her broad life and career experience gives clients a unique edge.
