I discovered St. Augustine from a High School trip I made to visit my brother in College in the early 2000's. My brother J. Michael O'Toole was attending school at Flagler College. I moved to St. Augustine in 2011. Since 2011 I have owned and ran Vacation rentals in this amazing town. I met many people through my rentals that wanted to move and live in St. Augustine over the years. This was the motivating factor that inticed me to hold a real estate license. This credential gave me the ability to assit guests I met over the years in buying a home. Myself and Suzanne O'Toole are partners at Berkshire and Hathaway HomeServices.
