Central Florida has essentially been my home since I was five year old- minus a few military assignments away. Throughout my years in Florida, I've lived or worked in Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Valrico, Lithia, Apollo Beach, Spring Hill, Homosassa, Lecanto, and Brooksville. I'd say I'm vastly familiar with the Tampa Bay area.
As a REALTOR® I have access to a wealth of information about the real estate market to include trends, pricing, availability of properties, and marketing. I use such information, along with my knowledge of the area, to ensure that my customers make informed decisions when selling or buying property.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) I have additional training which enables me to meet the special real estate needs of our maturing community as they transition through life's stages.
