Growing up in the Tampa Bay area, Olenka Stelmach was born to custom home construction builders and has an exemplary background in the industry of real estate. Olenka is a first-generation born in the USA but is proud to be a Ukrainian at heart. Whether clients are looking to purchase a remodeling project, a move-in ready home, or want to build custom from the ground up, Olenka is ready to step up to the plate and be the link between the client and the perfect home. Olenka also assists those looking to sell, and when the time is right, will assist them in finding their next, dream home. Olenka has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 2004, and prides herself on knowing all the area has to offer. Family is important to Olenka, and she enjoys traveling locally, as well as abroad with them. Olenka has many passions and hobbies, but some of her main interests include playing her bass guitar, swimming, and skiing. Olenka is also obtaining a BA in Journalism from the University of Florida.
