Chris is a real estate agent based in the Tampa Bay area. He is affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. He transitioned into luxury real estate following a successful career in the apparel industry spanning two decades. He is recognized for his expertise and professionalism in the local real estate market. His experience in customer service and management will come extremely handy in helping customers find their dream home. Born in Colombia, Chris spent his childhood living in Puerto Rico and Belgium. He has traveled to more than 25 countries worldwide. He is a graduate of the International School of Brussels (Belgium). After high school he attended Guilford College in North Carolina where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. He has also lived in Georgia, Alabama, Texas, Mexico and the last 21 years in Tampa, Florida. Chris is 100% fluent in English and Spanish, with a good working knowledge of French.
