Pauline Chilton, the daughter of an Army veteran, wife of an Air Force veteran, grew up in Chicago, lived in Iowa for 20 years and is proud to call Tampa Florida home. Warmer weather and being near the water are the reasons why Pauline was thrilled to reach her destination on the West coast of Florida. Pauline is passionate about improving her community. Part of that passion comes from the fact that she has overcome many obstacles in her personal life and has always wanted to give back. When she's not working or volunteering, she's spending time with her family and attending local events. Pauline and her husband have four adult children. Pauline’s 20 years of success in real estate hinges upon her philosophy of putting clients first. She listens to her clients expressed needs and picks up on needs they are unable or uncertain how to express. She guards her duty to her clients fiercely and finds contentment when the client is protected, well represented, and informed.
