His experience includes new construction as his family is a local builder. He worked hard core in the trenches of short sale submissions & approvals and has closed over 600 deals. He has been representing buyers in finding their dream homes for his entire career. He is a black belt in analysis, research & negotiations with banks. He is an expert title and lien analyst from his time spent with our title partners. Brent also has experience in credit and collections with a major credit company.
