With a passion for serving the Tampa Bay area, Suesan Soto is ready to help with your homebuying and selling needs. Suesan started her career in performance and ran Tapestry Theater Co. for 10 years. She raised money for nonprofits, including American Red Cross, Cape Fear Museum, and Good Shepherd Center in Wilmington, NC. She has expertise in marketing, events, and communications with a B.S. in business and M.S. in education. As a proud member of the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services family, Suesan carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. "I genuinely believe in putting my clients’ best interests first and making the real estate buying process as smooth, fun, and stress-free as possible." When Suesan isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys boating, yoga, and spending time with family and friends. Suesan lives in Tarpon Springs with her husband and saltwater fish, Neptune and Bubbles!
