David is a member of the prestigious Berkshire Hathaway President's Circle Diamond Group signifying that he is among the top 1/2% of producers in the Berkshire Hathaway system. David has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. He was previously President of the local home builder Rouse/Chamberlin Homes and prior to that was Operations Manager for Bentley Homes. David developed and sold commercial real estate as VP of Arvida's Commercial Real Estate Division in Florida. He was also licensed as a general contractor and real estate broker in Florida. In 1985 he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School with an MBA in Real Estate and Finance. He serves on the board of directors of the Alliance for Health Equity and the Brandywine Health and Housing Center.
