Originally from the metropolitan New York City area, I am invested in southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware plus the Rocky Mountain region (Jackson Hole). Presently I also serve on a local Planning Commission. Previously as an attorney, judicial law clerk & per diem magistrate, I provided legal analysis & client case management in practice centered on civil litigation (trials and hearings) on real estate matters (purchase & sale contract disputes, adverse possession, escrow disputes, landlord-tenant matters, construction defects, quiet title actions and homeowners association disputes) in addition to family law, probate, business formation, mediation and much more.
