I have more than 30 Years of Consumate Post-Graduate Experience, as well as Core Competencies in the Real Estate field, as a strong foundation for this work. For several years, I worked in NYC Commercial and Investment Real Estate Sales, Real Property Repositioning (Best-Use Valuation Modeling) and Development Studies, including Store Leasing, and Lease Analysis. My Work Experiences also spanned the Real Estate Financing and Home Mortgage Industry, where I became a Constant Prize-winning Top Producer, thereby Earning me Positions in the Silver, Gold and Leadership Circles. My Baccalaureate and Graduate College Education were in the Real Estate Fields, graduating with a MSc RED (Minor in Real Estate Finance) from Columbia University in The City of NYC.
