Dave Sands is a long term Philadelphia resident passionate about real estate. He is a master negotiator and REALTOR® licensed in PA as an Associate Broker and in NJ as a Sales Associate, and he has earned multiple Leading Edge and Honor Society awards from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Most recently he earned the President’s Circle award, which is given to the top 6% of the nationwide BHHS network. After establishing a thriving real estate business and mentoring new agents, he decided to found the Sands Group in 2016. Dave used his expertise and love of mentorship to develop a dynamic real estate team known for providing a high level of care and comfort throughout each transaction and beyond. Throughout Philadelphia, Southeastern PA, South Jersey, and the Jersey Shore, Dave is skilled in working with first-time buyers, the luxury marketplace, and investment properties. His reputation for tenaciously protecting his clients' interests has built him a loyal client base.
