I have the greatest job in the world! Researching market stats, negotiating contracts, and helping my clients sell or buy is what I do, and I am passionate about it. I started my real estate career in college, working for a privately owned company in their rental department for five years. I now have 25 years of loyal experience at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. I am the team leader of The Conway Team and a consistent top producer, with transactions averaging over $50M per year. I have been around the real estate business my entire life. My mother, Kathy Conway, founded this team on principles of hard work and caring deeply for each and every client. I am proud to have been her business partner and son.
