My first day as a VP/ Broker/Manager for Brandywine BHHS was August 8, 2016. Since then, we have accomplished so much with increasing volume, units and listings every year. I believe in a positive outlook, with positive personalities, with a passion to succeed and grow. I keep things simple and consistent, and suggest my agents do the same. On June 11, 2021, I also became the VP/Broker Manager of our Greenville BHHS. We have developed the same positive culture and have recruited awesome agents to go along with our incredible veterans. I am fortunate to have 2 of the best Office Administrators in the business in Brenda Morris and Kerry Larotonda. You are only as good as those you surround yourself with and my team around me is diverse and strong. We are up 27% from the previous year and continue to build and grow. I absolutely love what I do and give credit to those who have helped with transforming both offices. It is definitely a team effort. I am forever grateful to my boss Senior VP
