Liane M. Freitas, GRI, SRES, CRS, has been a trusted ally for Buyers and Sellers in Kailua and across O’ahu for over twenty years. Prior to joining BHHS Hawai’i Realty, Liane spent six years as the Principal Broker and five years as the Assistant to the Broker-in-Charge at a local boutique brokerage. There she managed over thirty agents and assisted them in their negotiations and transactions to ensure success. Her strong sales and marketing background gives her a competitive advantage when marketing and merchandising her listings and when negotiating contracts on behalf of her clients.
