About
Bill Seufert is the Executive Vice President of Realty Operations for 10 of Homesale Realty's offices in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. He provides a no-nonsense style of management and uses his years of real estate sales experience to drive the success of his agents.
He leads his group by providing strategic, upfront coaching customized for each agent. His goal is to support them in their professional growth by providing the right guidance to close more sales, establish a greater relevance in the real estate market and expanding their sphere of influence. When working with Bill you can expect him to be “real” and “to the point”.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Bill was a project manager for a large construction company in the Baltimore, MD area. He made the transition to real estate in 2004 because it offered him the opportunity to make an income directly reflective of the effort he put forth.
