bby Fazzini is a 20 year veteran of the Baltimore real estate industry. Ibby began her real estate career selling new construction for Ryan Homes and moved into the residential resale market in 1997. Ibby was born and raised in Baltimore and attended Notre Dame Prep. School for elementary and high school.
Ibby has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Loyola University in Baltimore and a Paralegal Certificate which she earned in 2008. She also became a licensed Title Insurance Producer in 2009 in order to learn all aspects of the business. She holds the National Association of REALTORS® designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource).
Ibby is an educated real estate professional and has spent her career continuously learning the ins and outs of a real estate transaction. Representing her client’s best interest is her number one priority.
