About
My History - I was born in Baltimore and have spent most of my life here. I got a bachelors degree from Gettysburg College after majoring in African & African-American Studies, but had little idea of what I wanted to do with the rest of my life beyond that. After writing a couple of oral histories (signed copies available upon request) of beloved institutions and spending more time as a seasonal steeplechase photographer, it became apparent that I was looking for a more dynamic career. As I was considering my next step, I ran into an old friend who needed some help with her real estate business. So after one excessively tedious course and the completely non-sensical exam later, I was a licensed Realtor. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best in the business while also having learned some of the best lessons from some of the worst in the business.
