Paul Villmoare is a licensed Realtor in the state of Maryland and a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. He is native of Baltimore and graduated from St.Paul´s School in Brooklandville. In college Paul studied abroad in Spain, and upon graduating from the University of Virginia, moved back to Spain where he lived for thirteen years.
It was abroad that Paul first discovered his love of real estate, purchasing his first house in the province of Toledo, Spain. From that moment on, he has consistently researched real estate both in the Baltimore area and Mediterranean region for homes and investment opportunities. He also has contacts in the real estate world in both Spain and Portugal, where he travels regularly.
Paul's international background helps him navigate the complexities of cross-cultural negotiations for both the local and international community with ease. After having spent many years overseas, he is completely fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
