David’s passion and expertise in real estate occurred naturally and was inevitable. His family developed and managed a Comfort Inn and Suites in York County in 1990. He was practically raised in the hotel business, educating himself with hands-on experience of the valuable qualities necessary for the hospitality industry, customer service, management, and sales.

After attending Penn State York to study communications and business administration, David owned and operated a successful entertainment company and a commercial painting/finishing company. These experiences enhanced his knowledge of the construction industry and the ins and outs of the social scene of York.
