Hello! My name is Juan Cortes, I'm a working Real estate professional in Pennsylvania concentrating in the greater Berks area. I grew up in Reading and made this community my home! I went to Kutztown Universtity obtaining a BA in Criminal Justice. I worked serveral years within socialwork and have always had involvment in realestate investments. I found that realestate is the perfect balance of business and working with my community. I have successfully completed over 400+ transactions, primarily in Berks County, as of Spring 2022. I have a track record of being a strong listing agent with over 225+ properties listed and sold. I have been acknowledged for my success as the 2021 #1 agent company wide for units sold by an individual, as well as Platinum Chairman's Award 2021. I have been able to adapt in the ever changing market and look forward to continuing to help buyers and sellers. I am bilingual Realtor and can assist Spanish Speaking clients as well!
