Charity grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana, and has 16+ years of experience in the realm of sales and marketing, coupled with 5 years of new construction experience. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management from The Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago with a focus on Design. With her extensive experience with new construction, design, and home building, she has a unique and well rounded view of the industry. Whether you're looking to build a custom home, buy an existing, or looking to sell, she can help with all of your real estate needs. She has an 8 year old daughter, and wife to Kurt who is also in the home building industry! She loves spending time with her family, working out, reading, and hanging out with her two mini golden doodles, Buster and Bentley!
