Kourtney grew up in Zionsville, Indiana, and has 15+ years of experience in the home building and real estate industry as a custom home builder & real estate broker. As the daughter of a builder, Kourtney has observed his accomplishments and knew at a young age her desire to be a builder & designer. She has a wealth of knowledge in all things homes, construction, & design. She can facilitate your needs whether you are buying, selling, or building. If you decide to build, Kourtney can assist with floorplans/elevations & help you build your dream home from the ground up. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Butler University and has since dedicated her career to helping others achieve homeownership. She is the mom of 4 and animal lover and loves to spend time traveling anywhere there is a white sandy beach & warm weather. A few of her favorite things outside of her kids and real estate are: family time, running/cycling, reading, & design/architectural magazines!
