My name is LeAnne Zentz. I have 27 years experience in Real Estate in Indianapolis and surrounding counties. My initial experience in Real Estate was as a new home consultant in the new home market. After 12 years of new construction sales, I decided to enter the existing homes side of Real Estate as well. I really enjoy working with my clients from start to finish throughout the transaction. I love the flexibility that I have to work in both new home sales and existing homes.
I can offer my experience to educate and advise you on the new home market and how the builder process works. Since new construction accounts for a large portion of the local Real Estate activity, I can also give you the upper hand in marketing your home for sale against new homes. I really enjoy helping people find the home that is right for them and take great pride that my clients have entrusted me to help them with such a monumental decision and important investment.
