Born and raised in Columbia, Eric moved back to the area after several years living on the coast to start a family with his wife, Elizabeth. The couple now has two young children, Anna Lane and Gibbes, and a yellow labrador retriever named Cricket. Eric loves to cook for family and friends, listen to music, watch Gamecock Sports, play golf, and is an avid fisherman who loves the outdoors. He is a seasoned real estate professional with a background in the inspection and construction side of real estate throughout South Carolina and has extensive knowledge of the midland's communities. Relationship building is the number one priority for Eric in his business and he truly believes in providing the most honest, ethical, and professional real estate services to his clients. Eric carries the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and is certified as both an SRS (Sellers Representative Specialist) and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert).
