I know about moving. And I know about real estate, having held a license for 19 years in 3 different states. Originally from Northern Wisconsin I have always loved all of the four seasons, being outdoors, lakes, and wide-open spaces.
I always say a real estate agent should move every couple of years so they can continue to be able to relate to their clients, both buyers and sellers. So here I am in Montana!
While the scenery changes the skills needed to serve my clients real estate needs stay the same: listen, provide information, negotiate for your clients to best meet their goals, and continue to be a resource…indefinitely.
I realize that selecting an agent to help you move into town, out of town or across town is daunting. But the right agent is so much more than just a transaction facilitator. The right agent is a creative problem solver, a great negotiator, a diligent researcher and a counselor.
