Lilly, a native of Gallatin County, Montana, grew up on a farm near Bozeman, where she developed her entrepreneurial spirit early by selling steers at the county fair. After graduating from Belgrade High School in 2018, she studied psychology at the University of Montana before deciding to pursue entrepreneurship back in Bozeman. To fund her business venture, she worked as a bartender at Nina’s Tacos and Tequila, where she discovered a passion for customer interaction. By 22, she launched a successful landscaping and snow removal company, reaching six-figure revenue in its first year. This success inspired her to pursue real estate, and in January 2025, she obtained her license with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys outdoor adventures with her fiancé, Jack, and her dog, Miley.
