Nicole has called Bozeman home since 1994, where she resides with her husband, architect Steve Locati, and their three children. She holds a graduate degree from Georgetown University and a BA from Montana State University. Nicole earned her Real Estate License in 2015 and her Broker’s License in 2019. She has been recognized with multiple Berkshire Top Producer awards for outstanding sales performance in the Bozeman market. Her honors include the Honor Society, Leading Edge Award, Luxury Specialist designation, President’s Circle Award, and Chairman’s Circle Gold Award, placing her in the top 2 percent of the network. Before transitioning into real estate, Nicole spent many years working in the legal field. Her education and legal background, combined with personal experience buying and selling properties provides an advantage to her clients. She has extensive knowledge of the Bozeman real estate market as well as the Bozeman community.
