Raised in Florence, Montana, Conor Dwyer developed a deep respect for hard work, integrity, and the close-knit communities that define Western Montana. He graduated from Big Sky High School, where playing baseball for the Mavericks instilled discipline, resilience, and a team-first mindset—qualities that continue to shape his professional approach. Conor went on to earn his degree from University of Montana–Western, building a strong academic foundation that supported his early career in education. As a teacher, he developed exceptional communication skills, patience, and the ability to guide individuals through important life decisions—experience that now allows him to confidently navigate clients through the complexities of buying and selling real estate. Before transitioning into real estate, Conor spent years working as a fishing and hunting guide across Montana.
