Let me tell you a little bit about myself! Purchasing my first piece of Real Estate at the age of 20, I have accumulated over 35 years of hands-on experience to share with my clients. After my first purchase, I continued to purchase, renovate, manage and build over 100 homes. In addition to investing in Real Estate, I also owned and managed a mortgage company for over 20 yrs. I have built an extensive network over the past 35 years in Litchfield, Hartford, Fairfield and New Haven Counties. I am also a licensed Realtor in Florida. I keep my network informed about current Real Estate conditions and share my listing inventory with all of my connections. Educating my clients about the purchasing or selling process of a home, I feel, is the only way for my clients to make an educated decision. I sincerely care about those I work with.
