From the time he was a child, Spike spent the summer months with his family in Ocean City. Days on the beach body surfing and playing in the sand with his friends. Nights at Jolly Rogers or walking the boardwalk while taking in the sights. In 1994 he moved to Ocean City, MD full-time to pursue his dream of living near the ocean. It was here he learned how to surf and golf, made life-long friends and business relationships. Growing up on the beach instilled his vast knowledge of Ocean City and its surrounding towns. Living here for over 25 years has given Spike a local’s perspective about the real estate market and investment potential.
