My name is Tracy Bucior and I have been a licensed Virginia Real Estate Agent since 2008. Shortly thereafter, I became licensed in Maryland, as well. I have an extensive background in customer service and enjoy working with people. At the end of each work day, I feel glad knowing that I am helping others achieve their goals and the dream of home ownership. It is such a rewarding feeling to hand someone a set of keys.

I have always had an interest in real estate. I have helped sellers and buyers in the greater Fredericksburg area and in Southern Maryland. My experience includes working with distressed properties and short sales. In addition, I have experience helping clients with rental properties. My husband and I have renovated and resold houses. We owned and maintained rental properties, as well as renovated our own 125+ year old home in King George. One thing I have learned through the years is that the old saying is true. “There’s No Place Like Home.”
