About
C. Scott Williams fi rst became interested in real estate growing up in Charlotte, NC while shadowing his realtor mother. Scott attended the Queens College School of Real Estate Law and got his real estate license in North Carolina. Scott’s real estate investments later took him to Atlanta where he added real estate property management to his resume, and then to the Florida panhandle. After Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Gulf Coast, Scott W. and his partner Scott D. started a construction business overseeing the renovation and repair of mostly storm damaged homes in southeastern Louisiana. They also founded The Scotts' Co ff ee & Tapas Bar in Old Mandeville where they currently live. Today, Scott W. specializes in construction design, management, installation, sales and/or rental, and Air B&B management.
