Donna Winfrey brings over two decades of proven representation to commercial property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants. She is in her eighth term on the Planning and Zoning Commission—twice elected Vice-Chairwoman and now Chairwoman-Elect. She specializes in site selection, financial feasibility, land use, and commercial sales and leasing, with deep experience negotiating complex contracts and coordinating with municipalities on parcel assemblages, permitting, and easement matters. Known for Premium Service and Proven Results, Donna has guided pre-development, repurposed structures, overseen construction and tenant improvements, and improved the performance of income-producing properties. Her background also includes roles as an Investment Banker structuring $30MM transactions, a Multifamily Development Officer managing multi-layered financing, and a Legal Assistant in Mayor Maynard Jackson’s law firm during his third successful mayoral campaign.
